NO. 50/2016 – CRITERION OF THE LOWEST PRICE OR QUALITY/PRICE RATIO PURSUANT TO ART. 95, C. 4, LETTER B-bis) OF THE SAME DECREE FOR THE IDENTIFICATION OF SUBJECTS FOR THE ADAPTATION OF BATHROOMS AT THE DON BOSCO 2000 COLONY REFERRED TO IN “CATEGORY C”, FINANCIAL PLAN PROVIDED FOR IN ANNEX A3 RELATING TO THE “TOURABILITY CUP G61H23000200008” PROJECT

On 21/01/2025, at 09:00 a.m. at the Conference Room of the Ostello del Borgo located in Largo San Giovanni, 6 in Piazza Armerina, the evaluation commission for the assignment referred to in the object met and composed of:
1- Arch. Agostino Sella, born in Piazza Armerina (EN), on 02/07/1967;
2- Dr. Roberta La Cara, born in Piazza Armerina (EN) on 05/11/1982;
3- Dr. Filippa Valentina Arena, born in Piazza Armerina (EN) on 01/03/1984.

The Commission has read the public notice in question and noted that the comparative evaluation of the subjects will be carried out on the basis of the criteria of the lowest price or quality/price ratio indicated in the application for participation submitted within the deadline established in the aforementioned notice.

The Commission ascertains that there is no incompatibility between its members and the aforementioned companies provided for by the provisions in force (Articles 51 and 52 of the Code of Civil Procedure).
