APPOINTMENT NOTE OF THE SELECTION COMMITTEE

Object: Appointment of the Evaluation Committee of the applications received in response to the Public Notice for the identification of an External Independent Auditor pursuant to the RELINT 2024 Notice – “Circular Cooperation” Project (Mali)

Given that:

With Notice dated 15/05/2025, the Don Bosco 2000 Association launched a comparative procedure for the identification of an External Independent Auditor, for the purpose of auditing as part of the “Circular Cooperation” project, co-financed by the Ministry of the Interior – Department for Civil Liberties and Immigration, in accordance with the provisions of the RELINT 2024 Notice;

Art. 6 of the Notice itself provides for the comparative evaluation of the candidates by a special selection committee;

It is necessary to proceed with the appointment of the aforementioned Commission to carry out the preliminary and evaluation operations;

WE COMMUNICATE
The appointment of the Selection Committee in charge of evaluating the applications received following the Public Selection Notice referred to in the introduction, composed of the following members:

President: Dr. Roberta La Cara – Director of R&D Don Bosco 2000 – Social Enterprise and RUP of the procedure
Member: Arch. Agostino Sella – Legal Representative Don Bosco 2000 – Social Enterprise
Member: Dr. Davide Piras – Project Manager and Head of the International Cooperation Area

To assign to the Commission the tasks of:
– verification of the formal admissibility of applications;
– attribution of scores according to the criteria provided for by art. 6 of the Notice;
– drafting of the final report and proposal for assignment.

To establish that the work of the Commission will begin on Monday 30/06/2025 and will end with the drafting of the reasoned selection report.
